The location of L17 Caravan was fantastic, with easy access to parking and a small seating area outside. The bathroom was clean and the fresh sheets in the bedrooms were a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of plates, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. Considering the price, it was good value for money. I would stay at L17 Caravan again.

The chairs in the living room were not as comfortable as we would have liked, as we are used to a big sofa. some areas of the caravan could have used some updates, such as a wobbly table top and low water pressure in the toilet and shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mablethorpe L17 Caravan. The location, just steps away from the beach, was absolutely fabulous. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The caravan itself was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. We had no issues with cleanliness whatsoever. The caravan may have been a bit dated in terms of decor and fittings, but it was nothing serious and didn't affect our stay negatively. We found it to be cozy and comfortable.

Although the property did get quite hot and stuffy during the summer, it would've been great if the owner had provided a floor fan or two to help cool things down. Luckily, it was nothing that a trip to the beach couldn't fix.
